In general, once you have chosen how often to check the selected group of files for changes, all you will have to do is confirm your preferences by clicking on the "OK" button at the bottom right corner of the schedule window.

On occaision, it may be necessary to provide the name and password you use in order to start Windows. Should this be necessary, click on the circle next to the phrase "Run as specific user" so that the dot is next to that line. Next, if you have been provided with a "Domain Name" by your computer support people, enter this name in the appropriate box. The name you click on (for Windows XP or Vista) or type in when you turn your computer on must be typed under "Run As User Name" with the password entered in the appropriate box. Click on the "OK" button when all this information has been typed into the appropriate spaces.
