Monthly Options: Running A Backup Less Frequently

For those who want to run special backups, like a full system backup once a month, this option is very flexible. In addition to setting a start time, you can run a backup on a certain day of the month or specific day in any week. You can also set which months in which to run this backup. When using this option, it's recommended you have another schedule to backup critical files more frequently.

The one time option is like a manual backup, but at a specific time. This is for when you don't need to repeat the backup but can't start it for any number of reasons. Just set the time to begin and adjust the date if necessary.
