Scheduled Backup: Telling the Backup When to Run

When you select the Schedule tab (shown below), if you want to backup more than just Monday through Friday, the Daily option lets you backup every day. Just set the time to begin and click "Apply". If you only want to backup every other, or every third day, you may set how many days between backups.

The Weekly option is similar to Daily, but allows you to backup on certain days of the week. Leave a checkmark next to the days that you want to backup and set the start time. You can also run the backup every other week or every third week.
